One of the hard truths about personal development is that growth can be really lonely. Especially when you’re doing the deep work, but the people closest to you aren’t in that same season or headspace. That’s exactly why I keep holding these community socials for my 1-on-1 clients. Every single time we gather, I’m reminded […]

When certain clients have been with me for a while, they are able to see progress in that they feel a lot more energized, more present, and more creative than they ever were. However because we have been entrenched in certain patterns and beliefs for 30-40 years of our lives, sometimes the suspicion can set […]

Most people I work with have some level of self-awareness. Some have done therapy, and some have years of reflection and reading of numerous books. They come to me because despite all of that nothing significant in their life has shifted. What I have come to see is that self-awareness and actual change operate on […]

We have all met someone (or perhaps we are someone) who seems to have it entirely together. From the outside, they radiate assurance. They speak with conviction, navigate social rooms with ease, and command respect in their professional lives. Yet behind closed doors, a single piece of negative feedback or a minor setback can cause […]

Most people approach their career by executing first – sending out more applications, to get more interviews. I call that a bottoms-up approach and it’s understandable. It feels productive as there’s more motion. But real clarity rarely comes from activity alone. Motion does not mean progress. Before deciding what to pursue, I think it’s worth […]

I have had a therapist, a coach, and a mentor at different points in my life. Sometimes more than one simultaneously. Here’s how I think about the difference. Therapy and coaching both help an individual discover more about themselves. The difference is orientation. Therapy is more past-focused: understanding the patterns and experiences you’re carrying, and […]

Most of us only do a partial audit of our lives. We check the areas we feel good about. We avoid the ones that feel stuck. Slowly, the gap between where we are and where we actually want to be grows. That’s the Invisible Drift – the kind that only becomes visible when you stop […]

The starting point is the Drift Map Session. It's a real coaching session.

In 2 hours, we map your specific drift pattern - what's driving your loop, what it's costing you, and what would actually shift it.

You'll leave with:
  • a clearer picture of yourself than you walked in with
  • 2-3 concrete next steps you can act on immediately
  • and a written summary with a proposed path forward

The Drift Map Session is S$198 for 2 hours, and fully credited toward any program if you continue within 7 days.

Some people book it just to get clarity. Most continue. Either way, you leave with a clearer picture.
