Corporate Workshops

A data-built workshop for people managers, L&D leads, and team leads who want real dialogue. Not a one-day reset that fades by Friday.

Most team sessions fail for the same reason.

THE PROBLEM

Generic content. No pre-work.
A room full of people doing activities that aren't about them.

A week later, nothing has changed.

These workshops are built differently.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Not another workshop that fades by Monday.

Most team sessions are built from generic content and forgotten by the following week.

The problem is not the topic - it is that the session was not built around the actual team in the room.

This session is built differently:

Every participant completes an Enneagram survey before the session.

The workshop is designed around your team's actual profile, not a template.

No slides read aloud.

The session creates structured dialogue, small group breakouts, and a team norms exercise the group owns.

Every participant leaves with a personalised collaboration guide - a reference for how to work with each person at their best, and under pressure.

- Senior Strategy and Revenue Manager, Preply

“The team really enjoyed the session - some even said it was their favourite from the offsite. A lot of them were keen to dive deeper and asked for the materials to revisit after.”

- Senior Product Specialist, Google

“The workshop was engaging and genuinely insightful - both individually and as a team. We’re already collaborating more effectively as a result.”

- Head of Product Sales, Google

“Thank you for leading such a valuable session. It helped us come together, share openly, and learn as a team in a safe space.”

HOW IT WORKS

Request a proposal

Discovery call

A conversation to understand your team's context, what's working, what isn't, and what you want to leave the session with.

01

Team survey

All participants complete a short Enneagram assessment. Natalie analyses the results and builds the content around your team's actual data.

02

Live session

Facilitated workshop. Format depends on what your team needs: 2 hours, half-day, or full day.

03

Personalised takeaways

04

Every participant receives a collaboration guide after the session: how to work with each person at their best, and how to support them under pressure.

Choose your workshop

Built from your team's survey results. Participants see their collective data in the room - the motivation patterns, the pressure responses, the dynamics that usually go unspoken.

Duration: 90 min standalone · Core module in half-day format

Module 1: What Your Team Looks Like Under Pressure

Practical tools for distinguishing what is and isn't in your control. Participants leave with one concrete shift they can apply to something they're currently navigating.

Duration: 60–90 min standalone · Pairs well with Enneagram

Module 2: The Difference Between Managing Pressure and Absorbing It

A facilitated exercise where the team builds its own agreements: what psychological safety actually looks like in this specific room, written by the people in it.

Duration: 60 min standalone · Closing module in half-day or full-day format

Module 3: The Things People Won't Say in a Meeting and What That Costs You

Workshops are modular.

Run a focused 2-hour session, combine modules into a half-day, or extend to a full day.
Natalie will recommend the right combination based on your team's context and what you are trying to build.
