The right level of support depends less on time or price and more on the kind of change you’re ready for.
1. Which path is right for me?
This is a general rhythm, we can adjust based on what you need.
Align is more spaced out, typically every 2 months or quarterly,
with flexibility for additional sessions when needed.
Evolve is more consistent, usually every 4–6 weeks
to support ongoing change and momentum.
2. What does the pacing look like?
If you feel like you’re in a more stable place - not stuck, just wanting to stay aligned…
This is where Align works well.
It’s less about deep rewiring - more about staying intentional consistently, making clean decisions and maintaining momentum.
4. I've already done some inner work, how will this be different?
That’s more common than you think.
Ask yourself:
Do I need depth or momentum?
Am I stuck or already moving?
Do I want support or transformation?
If you’re still unsure, we can figure it out together. The intro session is designed for exactly this - to map where you are, what’s getting in the way and what level of support would actually move you forward.
