Notice how these patterns tend to show up across different areas of life - career, relationships, the body, the mind.

In (semi-lockdown) times like these, when the lines between work and rest are increasingly blurred, I find these two things essential in ensuring that our days remain productive. 1. Creating structure 2. Dealing with distractions The word ‘Indistractable’ comes from a book I recently read by Nir Eyal. He is also the author of another […]

Struck me today that time is the greatest equaliser. Everyone can be born with varying amounts of smarts, wealth, looks etc. But everyone has the same no of hours in a day. It’s what we make of it. What is the opportunity cost of our decisions? I used to work long hours for money which […]

Sharing my 2 cents of the age old concept of the career ladder! Traditionally, we were “told” to pick a ladder and then climb to the top. I feel 1) that this puts a lot of unnecessary pressure on people to decide immediately upon graduation what we want to do. 2) It leads people to […]

I realised that people who are extraordinary in their field 1) fail a lot more than others and 2) fail on a more intense and massive scale. Each failure pushes them up the learning curve much faster since failure teaches a lot more than success does. But because the majority of us are brought up […]

‘The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, wisely responded, “Man, because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not […]

Our jobs or careers shouldn’t define our identity but we do spend ~70% of our waking hours working. It hit me today that us spending time at work will inevitably be the majority of how this year (or any other year) will go. Thus to me, enjoying and having a purpose at work is important […]

The starting point is the Drift Map Session. It's a real coaching session.

In 2 hours, we map your specific drift pattern - what's driving your loop, what it's costing you, and what would actually shift it.

You'll leave with:
  • a clearer picture of yourself than you walked in with
  • 2-3 concrete next steps you can act on immediately
  • and a written summary with a proposed path forward

The Drift Map Session is S$198 for 2 hours, and fully credited toward any program if you continue within 7 days.

Some people book it just to get clarity. Most continue. Either way, you leave with a clearer picture.

Ready to see a change for yourself?
