Something I notice quite consistently in high-achieving women is that the over-responsibility doesn’t start as a relationship problem. It starts much earlier, and by the time it surfaces in the relationship, it’s already been running quietly for a long time. They become the one who tracks everything, who remembers, anticipates, and manages. The emotional load […]

I first met Shin when she was trying to figure out how to hold her ambition and her identity as a mother at the same time, as if the two were in competition and she had to choose. She came in the way many high-functioning women do: clear on what she had achieved, less clear […]

I first worked with Kelly a few years ago, back when I was still at Google and Neverdrift was something I was building on the side. She wasn’t new to self-development then. She was already someone who showed up fully – curious about herself, committed to growing, quietly but consistently doing the work. She came […]

There are two moments when people finally stop ignoring what’s been building and start exploring coaching. One is when everything changes. The other is when nothing on the surface seems to change. The first is what I call a threshold moment. Something happened – a job change, a redundancy, a relationship ending, a baby arriving. […]

Someone asked me recently what makes for a meaningful life in the recent IG Q&A. I think most people, including myself, believe that meaning is something we need to find.  The book I recommended in response was How to Live a Meaningful Life by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans – the Stanford duo behind the […]

The first time I noticed my eczema flaring, I didn’t connect it to stress. I connected it to skincare, to weather, to everything except what was actually happening. I changed my moisturiser, drank more water, googled “eczema triggers” and went down a rabbit hole about humidity and diet. It genuinely did not occur to me […]

Many of the people I work with arrive with some version of the same thing.  Life looks good from the outside – career on track, relationships seem fine but yet something feels quietly off in a way they can’t quite name or explain. Let me share one story that captures this particularly well. Sarah (name […]

The starting point is the Drift Map Session. It's a real coaching session.

In 2 hours, we map your specific drift pattern - what's driving your loop, what it's costing you, and what would actually shift it.

You'll leave with:
  • a clearer picture of yourself than you walked in with
  • 2-3 concrete next steps you can act on immediately
  • and a written summary with a proposed path forward

The Drift Map Session is S$198 for 2 hours, and fully credited toward any program if you continue within 7 days.

Some people book it just to get clarity. Most continue. Either way, you leave with a clearer picture.

Ready to see a change for yourself?
