Sharing list by Marcus Frick –

1. Exercising daily

If you don’t use it, you lose it. You rest, you rust.

No matter how you spin it, not exercising will accelerate your demise.

Not sure where to start?

Try Sahil Bloom’s 30-for-30 technique.

Sweat for 30 minutes, 30 days in a row.

2. Reaching out to friends

Maintaining a strong circle of friends requires intentionality.

If you could use some work in this area…

Put a daily reminder in your phone to text a friend.

This simple act will change your life.

3. Eating clean

Forget Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free, Vegan, Atkins, and Weight Watchers.

Just follow this 1 rule 80% of the time:

If it didn’t exist 150 years ago, it’s not allowed in my body.

4. Saving money

Life happens. Be prepared.

To make it easier:

Automate a deposit into your savings account from each paycheck.

Shoot for 30% of your income.

5. Collecting memories

You’ll never be younger and more able-bodied than you are today.

If you’ve got a big trip or a big adventure that’s been in the back of your mind, make it happen.

Life’s getting away from you.

6. Telling the truth

Your anxieties are often the result of avoiding a hard conversation.

Lean in and tell the other person what you’re thinking. Ask what they’re thinking.

Start with this question: What difficult conversations do I need to have?

7. Writing

16 months ago I started writing online. It’s led to meeting some seriously impressive folks.

If you’re not sure where to start… Grab a Moleskine and a Pilot G-2 and write down the first 10 ideas you think of

8. Finding high-frequency people

Getting around high performers is the best way to elevate your own game.

If you’re a high performer, they’ll want more of you in their life, too.

Make a list: Who are the high performers in your life who you need to spend more time with? Reach out and schedule time.
