No session content or identifiable coaching disclosures will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Client records are typically retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the end of a coaching engagement for administrative and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. These measures include secure storage of digital files, restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and confidentiality obligations for any contractors engaged by us.
