1. What is coaching

There are many different definitions of coaching. I came across these definitions from Ajit Nawalkha and Neeta Bhushan:

  • Coaching is about positive, life-altering transformation delivered through an integration of therapy and consulting.
  • Consulting is the art of being able to look at analytical data and make an effective recommendation to a professional on what they should do in a given situation.
  • Therapy is about creating behavioral change by working on an individual’s past programming.

Coaching is an overlap of those 2 fields – bringing the client from i) where they currently at to ii) where they want to be.

2. My coaching methodology

A) Definition:

  • Coaching methodology is a fundamental proven system that a coach uses to consistently create lasting changes for clients.

B) Why is it important:

  • Coaching clients want to hit massive personal and professional goals in the shortest time and having our unique, solid and structured methodology helps us to create exceptional results for our clients.

C) The central ideas of my methodology are as follows:

  • I) Everything is connected in our wheel of life:
    • Your life is an interconnected system of areas. True fulfillment requires balance. Excelling in one area (e.g work) doesn’t guarantee happiness or well-being if others (e.g relationships or mental/physical health) are neglected.”
  • II) The Power of Subconscious Beliefs:
    • Your reality is shaped by subconscious beliefs formed early in life. These deeply ingrained patterns often powerfully drive your actions and can lead to recurring challenges and patterns, even if you’re unaware of their influence.
  • III) The Importance of Vision and Clarity:
    • Without a clear vision of what you want to achieve, any path can seem viable, but may not lead to true fulfillment. Knowing what you want allows you to intentionally create a fulfilling life.
  • IV) Sustainable Change Through Understanding and Evolution:
    • Lasting change requires understanding the roots of your current patterns. By examining past influences and consciously evolving those patterns in alignment with your desired future, you can create sustainable and positive transformation.

3. How that applies to our sessions

Therefore in our coaching sessions, we work on:

  • 1) Gaining clarity on what success looks like across all areas of your life, defining your personal metrics for fulfillment.
  • 2) Becoming aware of the beliefs that have been shaping your experiences, understanding their roots and how they impact you.
  • 3) Developing a concrete, action-oriented plan to achieve your goals, consciously evolving your beliefs to empower your journey.

To ensure you get the most out of your coaching experience, my packages also include these elements between sessions:

  • 1) Clarity and Focus:
    • Shared session notes provide a clear record of your progress and keep you focused on your action steps.
  • 2) Ongoing Support:
    • Text access between sessions ensures you’re never alone on your journey.
  • 3) Community and Connection:
    • Our community sessions offer a supportive space to connect with others and realize you’re part of a like-minded group.

4. Summing it up

I’ve had the privilege of working with so many amazing people on their growth journeys, and I’m consistently amazed by the transformations they achieve.
