Why I Created the Reflection Quiz

I built this quiz because I kept seeing the same struggle play out over and over.

People would tell me they felt stuck, or scattered, or like something was off but they couldn’t quite name it.

They’d say things like “I just need to figure myself out” or “I don’t know what’s wrong with me.” The words felt ambiguous and unclear, and so the accompanying feelings as well.

And when you can’t name something, you can’t work with it.

So I wanted to create something simple. Something that takes 3 minutes and gives you language.

Not more confusion. Not another thing to add to your overwhelm. Just: here’s what you’re feeling, here’s why it makes sense, here’s what might help.

The quiz gives you 2 things: your inner pattern and your season.

On Inner Patterns

Your inner pattern is how you typically operate – the way you move through the world that feels natural to you but might also trip you up.

Whether you’re a Driven Achiever pushing through exhaustion

A Supportive Contributor giving until you’re depleted

A Skilled Expert waiting for perfect clarity

Or a Creative Maverick chasing the next shiny thing.

On Seasons

Your season is where you are right now in your growth cycle.

Spring’s awakening and realignment when the old way doesn’t fit anymore.

Summer’s expansion when you have energy but need to learn to act from alignment, not pressure.

Autumn’s integration when you’re slowing down to make sense of what you’ve learned.

Winter’s in-between when things feel quiet and uncertain, but something truer is preparing to emerge.

What People Are Saying

We have launched the reflection quiz for ~ 2 weeks now. The responses have been heartening in a way I didn’t quite expect.

“I felt very seen.”

“This put words to exactly what I’ve been feeling.”

“It’s like you reached into my brain.”

These comments keep coming. And what strikes me is how much relief people feel when something finally clicks into place. When there’s a name for it. When it’s not just them being broken or difficult or “not enough.”

The Intention Behind It

The whole thing is designed around one question: How can I help someone who’s drifting get their bearings as quickly as possible?

So after you get your results, you receive 3 days of emails with personalized strategies and actions.

Not generic advice. Not 47 things to try. Just: here’s what tends to work for people with your pattern in your season and you can pick one thing you can do today.

Because that’s what Neverdrift is about.

Not never changing, not never feeling uncertain. But being aware of where we are and anchoring ourselves whenever we feel like we are losing ourselves in the drift. Always having a way back to what’s true.

I’m honestly surprised by how much this has resonated.

I think maybe we’re all just tired of pretending we have it all figured out. We’re tired of self-help that makes us feel worse. We want something that meets us where we are and says: “Yeah, this makes sense. Here’s what’s happening. Here’s what might help.”

That’s what I tried to build.

If you’ve taken the quiz and it’s helped you in any way, I’d love to hear about it and you can share with me at na*****@********ft.com.

And if you haven’t taken it yet, feel free to give it a go if you have 3 minutes. Maybe it’ll give you the words you’ve been looking for.
