Why I Added Community Socials to 1-1 Coaching

Neverdrift has always been about community.

That’s how it started in 2018, and honestly, that’s still what lights me up.

But in 2020, I went through coaching myself and got certified, and it completely changed how I saw things.

I watched what happens when someone has that dedicated space to go much deeper in a 1-1 container – real, lasting change that sticks because you’ve actually done the inner work consistently over time.

I knew I had to bring more of that into Neverdrift which is why 1-1 coaching became a bigger part of Neverdrift over time.

However, I didn’t want to lose the community piece.

I’ve seen what happens when you’re surrounded by people who actually get it – who are asking the same hard questions, doing their inner work, reminding you that you’re not the only one trying to figure this out.

So I thought: why should my 1-1 clients have to choose between the two?

That’s really where these socials came from.

They’re a bonus that comes with the 1-1 program – a chance to pause from all that deep personal work and their busy day to day and just… connect.

With other people who are on a similar path, who take their growth seriously.

I curate each group to be small and intentional.

I put together questions based on what each person is actually working through right now, so it feels relevant instead of generic.

My objective of this social is to create space where you can slow down, reflect together, and feel held by people who understand.

What I keep hearing from people who come is how rare this is – to be in a room with others who are genuinely committed to growing.

It sounds simple, but it’s surprisingly hard to find these days.

I guess that’s what I’m trying to create: a place where you don’t have to choose between going deep on your own journey and being part of something bigger.

Because both matter and both make the work better.

Here are a few prompts shared with the groups, based on their inner patterns.

You’re welcome to reflect on them too, in your own time:

If you tend to strive..

  • When did you feel most like yourself – not performing or proving?
  • What are you ready to let go of as you move forward in 2026?
  • If success was defined by alignment, how would your days feel different?

If you tend to seek meaning..

  • What genuinely fulfills you, not just impressed others?
  • In the past year, where did you say yes too quickly? What did that cost you?
  • If 2026 was about less but better, what becomes non-negotiable?

If you value stability..

  • When did you feel most grounded in your decisions last year?
  • Where did you armour up or pull back – and why?
  • What kind of support would actually make you stronger?

There’s a quote that keeps coming back to me: ‘If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.’

That’s what this is really about and I’m honored to hold this space as we continue to evolve in our respective journeys.
